I began my career in pharmaceutical advertising in 1996 as a production artist and designer. Within a few months I was promoted to assistant manager. After about a year or so I decided that I preferred being hands-on, which is when I shifted to freelancing as a studio artist. Once at LLNS, I was able to focus my skills in the newly created Design Group. Where we specialized in illustration, photography, retouching, etc.

In 2010, I made the move into Art Direction. Working with multiple agencies and across many therapeutic areas. With the exception of my stint at BGB where I accepted a full time role, I have been doing this in a freelance capacity for the bulk of my time. A few of the agencies I have worked with are Ascender, Area 23, Biolumina, Concentric, Fingerpaint, Glue Advertising, Havas, Ogilvy Health, & Splice to name a few.
